Acceptance

By creating an account and using CVGen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

CVGen provides AI-powered CV and cover letter improvement. We make no guarantee that using CVGen will result in job interviews or offers — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Your content

You retain ownership of your CV content. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your improved CV. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use CVGen to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the platform.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 2 lifetime CV generations. The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9 via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Limitation of liability

CVGen is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CVGen after changes constitutes acceptance.
